Happy Sunday and God Bless you all today! .
This picture doesn’t feature a couple things that are a total reality today... First, my house is always hectic Sunday morning as we prepare for our Sunday to do list and get ready for church! Second, to the right and left of this photo you would find piles of donations and messes the kids made last night. Last, the gorgeous weather God gave Colorado today because it snows tomorrow!!

You see, God works in amazing ways and church today was all about our beautiful mess and being authentic. Such a great message to remember that none of our lives are perfect! .
Now on to this adorable look!! You know I’m a huge Rachel Parcell fan and every time she launches something I have to get a piece or two or five!! :) her dresses never disappoint! RAWR!!!! I can’t believe all the treats have been handed out and all the kiddos are tucked in bed! This little dinosaur costume was my favorite and so cozy for him!!! Anyone else trick or treat in the ❄️ snow? October flew by and in the morning we get to welcome November!

No try on picture for Deacon!! But how adorable is this look and bonus it’s amazon prime!!! I love layering the red sweater with the plaid button up. Deacon is 3 and typically wears a size 3- I ordered the XS in the tops because they are a size 4 and i was ok with them being a little bit (which they are). The Olive Tree is something that I have always looked at and loved the beauty, the elegance and the simplicity. I have branches in different pots around the house and found this tree long ago and had to have it. In reading through my bible study the olive tree now has a whole new meaning. You see, Jesus’ last night here on earth he was in an olive grove… famously known as the Garden of Gethsemane. This is where Jesus prayed out to God and spoke with the decibels the night he was arrested and later would die on a cross for us. Happy Monday! I have shared about the Uninvited bible study I have been doing from @lysaterkeurst ... let me just say, it had continued to speak into my wounds and heal them. As women, I know we all have been personally effected by rejection. I know I experience it on a daily basis and I tend to hold to those moments of rejection for longer than I would like to admit. If you are looking for some Monday Motivation— read this: “There is something sacred that happens when a girl chooses to realize that being set aside (our feeling rejection) is actually God’s way of setting apart!”- Uninvited, Lysa TerKeurst. God works in our lives during these moments. We may be passed over for a job, an invite or our dream opportunity... maybe it is a simple as being rejected by the ones we love, but instead of feeling rejected and passed over... choose to feel set aside by God. God has amazing things planned for our lives, larger than we can even dream for ourselves. It is in these moments of being set aside by God that we are able to be prepared for what He has planned for us. What amazing news!
